BCCT Competency is designed on root cause analysis model and principled on psychological human behaviour, professional aspects and attitude transformation that make the participants “Think” and “Work” with self supervision and motivation.
BFG doesn’t have trainers however posses a pool of “Seasoned Practitioners” to conduct training with their accumulated hand on experience while building teams, departments, business units or CoEs.
The BCCT programs inculcate the learning and skill enhancement by way of “Learning by doing” and “Learning by observing”.
